  Writing Very disappointed with the Sonic on North Green River Road. Their posted closing time is 11:00 p.m., but I pulled up at 10:23 p.m. and an employee told me they were already closed. If you’re going to stop serving customers nearly 40 minutes early, please update the posted hours. This keeps happening at restaurants, and it’s getting completely out of hand. Customers should be able to rely on the hours a business advertises.

  I need an okay button... Because their good at what they do except follow directions (cream slush real fruit) but got a milkshake instead.

  Employees are not paying attention. AT ALL. Lack of correct communication between order takers and cook. NO CHEESE means no cheese. Alex said they would tell them no cheese, and they gave us cheese. I sent the burgers back. I expect ACCOUNTABILITY, an apology and NO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE LOOKS from employeese. Order was brought out by a long-haired brunette.

  i don’t know her name but it’s thing young girl with purple hair, she is always working and she is so so polite and sweet and works so hard! i think she is the only respectful one out of all the workers and definitely makes a different much love to her 💖💖
