  i came to sonic april 16 2026 at 8:41pm for a late night sweet treat with my husband. we pulled up at a stall and when we finally decided to order and pushed the red button a girl named ellah came over the speaker and cut us off stating “all of these are closed” then it cut off. all of these stalls were in working condition they were just farther away from the doors the employees come out of. we pulled off and went to stall #5 closest to the doors because it had became available while we were looking for a spot. when she came over the speaker again and let us order she was extremely rude. when she came out with our two slushies her mannerisms were disrespectful and she only brought us one straw. we had to ask for another straw and she stomped her way back inside. honestly i’ve never had a bad experience at sonic until tonight. i hope there is some disciplinary action taken. our slushes were very syrupy and watery as well.

  Slow service, left my buffalo sauce out of my chicken tender order, tots tasted like old fryer oil. Do better. 1/5
