    Ashlyn went above and beyond after my visit by personally reaching out to discuss my feedback. She genuinely listened, cared about making things right, and showed that creating a great experience for every customer is important to her. It’s refreshing to see a manager who takes feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve. Great leadership and even better customer service. Thank you, Ashlyn!     Have been here more than one occasion and everytime when we get a blast, even pay extra for extra brownie bites. Pieces are only at the top and never blended into the ice cream. If I wanted freaking vanilla ice cream, I would have asked for it.
