Several staff members appeared distracted and were eating behind the counter while I was making my order. During my visit at 8:15pm (well before closing), I was told they were out of chicken and queso, which was surprising given the timing…and they were eating chicken and queso. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inattentive.

They’re always sending me the wrong order, my order is missing something significant or they’re out of something such as meat or rice. Like seriously?? It never fails. My husband and I fully expect something to be wrong when we DoorDash. If I could pick which location it’s delivered from I’d immediately choose east side. East side always gets my stuff right. I really think this location needs to eliminate all staff and hire new. It seems to be a staffing issue.
