  I had online order, came in they said 10 mins, went back to my car, came back in after 10 mins, then they said 10 more mins, waited 10 more mins then I asked them where's my order, then they said they made it but couldn't find and refused to remake them, incompetent store

  They will close early, take your money, and refuse to deliver your order. In that case they will hold a charge on your card for 3 to 5 days. Feels like theft of service. I can’t wait to never order from this establishment again. When you inquire about it, Pizza Hut customer service Will end the chat. Please don’t message me asking for an order number or for me to reach out to you. You had your chance to assist me when I messaged customer service about it. Instead y’all ended the chat. 1 star is too much when we’re talking about theft.

  I drive about 25 minutes out of my way to go to THIS Pizza Hut. My order is always correct, staff - friendly, food - hot. If you've never really been a Pizza hut fan you should give this location a try - might change your mind.

  Ordered carry out and after we got home (20 minute drive) found that even though we ordered a pan pizza we had gotten a hand tossed. Not what we ordered and not the pizza we like.

  Waited 30 min past my “ready time” for a cold over baked pizza, staff seemed overwhelmed and were rude to customers waiting. Cinnabons don’t look anything like the menu. Won’t be back.
