  Our carry-out order was hot, fresh, and correct. Easily the best Pizza Hut order we’ve had in years! I spoke with Tan, who started about a month ago and is working hard to improve the food and customer experience. If our order is any indication, she’s definitely doing something right! Great job, Tan!

  Corporate needs to step in this place and reteach them how to do the job. 4x in a row they've messed our order up. Wrong pizzas to missing sauces or short on a pizza. Ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni. She couldn't figure out who ordered the pepperoni gave it to the guy in front of me cause she messed his order up aswell. Had to wait another 20min when she discovered she gave my pizza to the other guy. This is literally every time. Store owners loosing alot of money and definitely needs to investigate and retrain.

  {Place order at 9:18 wed night there were 2 people working in the store. when I got home my pizza was supposed to be a pan which I paid extra for, instead I got a nasty tasting pizza that was hard and looked like a cross between a hand tossed and thin. I tried calling the store 2 times and no one answered. I then call the main number and got a guy about placing an order I told him and he tried to get me to the store which I got hung up on again and I called back and the same guy apologized and tried again and I got hung up on. No wonder pizza hut is going down. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at that place. The pizza hut is on First Avenue in Evansville IN

  Food took an hour and a half to arrive. When it did it was cold. Missing all sauces we ordered. Ordered extra cheese on one of the pizzas. I think there was actually less cheese than what I would have gotten. Pizza not cut all the way. I would call the store and complain if I thought it would make a difference. These people who work there should be ashamed of themselves, and so should pizza hut.
