Ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta. The cook forgot the Alfredo sauce (main ingredient). Called the store, lady on the phone said I would get a store credit. For my next order. A few weeks later I contact the app to confirm the credit before ordering. They said it would be there. Screenshot provided. Called to order the store manager answered. Said there was no credit. Refused to do anything about it to correct their mistakes. Worst pizza hut service in the 40 years I've been ordering from them. 0 Stars!!!!

I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas and cheese sticks from this location this evening. As I arrived to pick it up, they were cutting and boxing it up. It was sooo hot and sooo good! The most important thing for me though, was the customer service. Beth (who waited on me) couldn't have been sweeter and more kind. I was having trouble with my debit card and she was incredibly helpful and again, was super friendly. Definitely the best food quality and staff of any pizza Hut in Evansville. Thank you for what you did, Beth! You were a lifesaver!

Every time I’ve visited the store at 45th and N 1st Ave the staff has been pleasant and the food and service great. I’ve worked in customer service my whole career and appreciate a good smile when being handed my order. Thank you!

Came in tonight and my order was ready and looked awesome. This was my second time to first ave pizza hut and my order was ready and got it exactly how we wanted it. . We had stopped going since our orders was always wrong but we wanted to try again and I'm glad we have. I can see changes are happening. Beth was very sweet and helpful and she made sure our food was right. She is very funny and makes sure that If you have a little one with you she will give them paper and a pen and have them draw her a picture. Makes you feel seen. That helps so much when you have little ones that don't understand yet. I will be back definitely.

Our carry-out order was hot, fresh, and correct. Easily the best Pizza Hut order we’ve had in years! I spoke with Tan, who started about a month ago and is working hard to improve the food and customer experience. If our order is any indication, she’s definitely doing something right! Great job, Tan!
