- DHDave HAug 4, 20265.0Went for carry out and the pizza is great. But more than anything, when I got there a lady was there and evidently didn't have the money to pay for her pizza. It looked like she had a few young kids in her van. The young man at the register told her that it was OK, he had it. He got a $20 out of his wallet and paid it for her. After she left I talked to him and he said that he didn't want to see anyone hungry. But the biggest thing was when I gave him money to try to cover part of it, he thanked me and put it in the tip jar to split with everyone. Made me feel better about people.

Called papa John’s ok weinbach Evansville Indiana. They were apologetic and talked to the customer that got our pizzas. They told me they were sending them a replacement. She gave the phone to her manager, Elli. Elli blamed it on DoorDash and said they weren’t responsible. He also said the other customer only got one wrong pizza and questioned how I got three wrong. He offered me 30% off my next pizza. Elli said because we had eaten some that their “protocol” was they could could not replace my pizza. I told him I didn’t give a shit about protocol that customer service trumped protocol. Elli then informed that since I cussed at him he was no longer going to talk to me and that I could talk to his boss tomorrow. Then he hung up! Unbelievable. I cannot believe that they will not make an order correct. I will not be ordering from them again. So frustrating!!

Then the driver forgot my drink 🤦🏻♀️ But my kiddo is happy with her cheese pizza so that’s what made me happy. She was crawling around since two going izza izza. So I decided to get her favorite pizza. The manager also tried to make all the mistakes right.
