  Waited 15 minutes in drive through, line never moved, I left!

  Night manager Thursday evening (4/30/26) was a mess. We waited 20 min on an app pickup order. 20 piece nuggets, fries, and a spicy mccripsy. They even forgot to put the sauce that makes the sandwich spicy... Very rude, no one acknowledged mine or other customers presence. Ignored me when I politely said excuse me multiple times when they were only ft away... Yelled at another customer for ordering the Hunter/demon (whatever it was), bealcause they no longer offered it. It was on the self ordering device and on the app, I mentioned the app after he said he placed the order right there. Drive through line wait was just as bad, and no other customers in the store.they we're moving like literal sloths, ranting, and ignoring people. Not the usual experience.

  Me and my mother in law came through the drive through after church to get food. After we gave this lady our money, she was getting on her cell phone while taking orders. I worked at mcdonald's when I was a kid and we were never allowed to get on our phones.It is too easy for them to snap a picture of somebody else's card and use it. This is very unprofessional.
