  I placed a mobile order, pulled into the drive-thru, and sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment despite waiting and saying hello. I eventually drove to the first window to explain that I had a mobile order and had been waiting. I was given an explanation about staffing / people being sick, but then at the next window I was told that because no order number was given at the speaker (where no one ever answered), I needed to get back in the long drive-thru line and start over. So after wasting my time, I left without my food. Completely unacceptable. If your system requires the mobile code at the speaker, someone actually has to answer the speaker. This location is consistently slow, disorganized, randomly closed, or has some kind of issue.

  Food is always fine but the service, and how long it takes to get it is always terrible at this location. Expect a 15 minute wait for a basic meal. No one gets in any hurry. Employees are always to busy talking to people on their ear buds, or other employees when food is sitting ready to be served to the customers.

  Simple order, 4 meals, two plain mcchiken two plain cheeseburgers. 4 fries 4 nuggets. Is what we ordered. We got only three fries, and one of the "plain" cheeseburgers had mustard and lettuce on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
