Came in on Sunday night (6/28). First, after I ordered in drive thru, I wasnt able to see the total as it was on the other screen in the other lane and also could barely hear the girl on the mic. After paying, I drove up to the nect window and had to sit for 5 minutes while water was leaking onto my car. When I got to the next windows, I was quickly given the bag without getting a chance to ask for sauce for my fries. Then when I got home, I realized they gave me a spicy mcchicken instead of regular. This was very disappointing as I dont like spicy food much and I was never able to get sauce either, so I just wasted my money at this mcdonalds.

We have glass in food on reviews, we have air conditioner condensation (not dripping) running in a stream from the roof onto the cars in the drive thru. The employees are fighting in the parking lot, they aren't nice to customers at all. If you have a complaint, it's your fault not theirs. Anything and everything is NOT their problem. Yes, I'm the one who drove my 111k Corvette through the drive. I was delivering food to homeless ppl who wouldn't have eaten otherwise. As an American veteran, I like to do these things. I simply told the "manager" on duty there's a stream of water coming from the roof and I couldn't stop it 🙏🙏 there was a car behind me and one in front of me. I tried to scoot back a little but the car behind me honked and I was able to squeeze up and over a little bit, not until after the water was already all over my door, in my door handle and all over my leather seat. I was scooting up slowly while putting my card back up. I wasn't complaining, I was trying to tell her it was bad. She didn't care and neither did the person that answered the phone the next day. They simply said, it's from the air conditioner and not their problem. I think it is your problem, it's your building and that's where we all need to go to pick our food up. It's YOUR designated chosen spot. There are chemicals in that water coming from the AIR CONDITIONER. It stained my leather door and seat. Paul Snider, can you fix that and have someone redirect that water somewhere else? Your employees didn't want to give me any numbers to call to have this fixed. They told me to look it up. I came in on June 24th between 830 and 9 pm. My Corvette has water spots now thanks to the chemicals that were in said air conditioner water condensation. I'm having it professionally detailed to see if it can be fixed. I was only looking for the manager to handle it professionally and let me know, yes indeed it's scheduled to be fixed. I use this location a lot to feed ppl. I'll just start using another restaurant all together.

I am writing this as a DoorDash delivery driver, so feel free to attach any preconceptions you may have to what I am about to say. My last pick up of the morning was from this location. I arrived at the store between 8:45 and 8:50. I could see the delivery bag for my order sitting opened, with the sealing stickers already attached, on the counter in the back. No one acknowledged my presence, although I could see that I received a couple of glances. After a couple of minutes, a man entered the store and stepped up to the counter to order because both order kiosks were down. Shortly after that, another gentleman entered the store. No one acknowledged the counter. The first man, getting frustrated, told me that he was driving a bucket truck and could not go through the drive thru. He tried to get a worker's attention by asking for assistance. Still, no one acknowledged the counter, not even giving the courtesy of saying "We'll be right with you." Crickets. Eventually, both customers left. I moved to where I could at least be seen by the workers at the drive thru window and started wildly waving my arms. One of the drive thru workers did at least acknowledge me by holding up a finger as if to say "wait a minute." Still, no one approached the counter. Finally, after 9, someone approached from the back and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I had a DoorDash pick-up and game him the code number. He went to the bag that had been sitting on the counter the entire time, peered in, and sealed it with the stickers. My order had been sitting there ready, the whole time that I was being ignored. I couldn't help but ask why it had been sitting there while I was being ignored for 15 minutes, and he told me that his shift just started. As I was leaving with my delivery, a couple was getting out of their car to go inside. I wished them good luck because both order kiosks were down and the employees were ignoring the counter. They stopped, looked at each other, and went back to their car. As I was driving away, they waved a “thank you.” Fine. I get that staffing is hard. I get that people call in. I get that this poor guy just started his shift and I was complaining about something that he had no control over. I also get that there is a culture at this store that a walk-in customer is someone else‘s responsibility, and not even the shift lead or manager is willing to break out of that mindset — even when there is no one assigned to the counter. If you are considering going to this store, just don't — at least until the culture changes.

So I come in there this morning I ordered two sausage McMuffins and with my points, I ordered a caramel frappe you know when you don’t tell somebody that you’re gonna be back-and-forth from the back window to the front helping them make food I mean people aren’t gonna know that so to get mad at a customer that’s gonna be paying because you’re up there helping them and so I assume hey well they’re probably just doing it at the Second window I mean, that’s just ridiculous. Don’t you think you could’ve just taken my payment right there? I mean it’s not my fault that you don’t have enough employees and you guys all gotta help in the front I would. I was not being rude. I was not frustrated. I was just chilling. There was no need to be disrespectful but I damn sure I’m not gonna buy food from somebody. That’s being rude. You could just keep it and throw it away. I’ll go buy food somewhere else. I’m done coming in this McDonald’s this is probably the eighth time that I’ve had a bad experience. Y’all need to get some people in there. They have good customer service or you need to train them on customer service. There is no need to be disrespectful all the time and that’s all you get. There is shitty food or disrespect never again while I go there. I don’t care if it is on my way to work never again I will go out of my way to get breakfast at Burger King.

I ordered on the mobile app. I ordered a happy meal for my toddler. We had been at an event all night and we were tired. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Eventually, I figured they were too busy or something crazy happened that was preventing them from taking orders. Cool. So I tried to cancel the order. It wouldn't let me and said the order was already made. I changed the order pickup type to Counter, went inside, and the lady there was ignoring me. I said "hello, I know yall are busy but I have a mobile order and its not letting me cancel. Its just a nugget happy meal. It said it was already made in the app, I wasn't sure if I could just get that real quick and ill be out of your hair." She continued to ignore me and make it seem like I was being selfish or ridiculous. She was literally just standing there doing nothing and she said drive thru was down. Thats cool? But I was inside. And I had already paid for my order and it wouldn'tlet me cancel. She told me to contact my bank. I was like my kids are outside and we literally have a small order thats easy to put together. She was spending more time arguing with me than making any orders. She tilted the screen towards me and said "do you see your order on here?" I said "no and thats fine its just im still not sure if you're telling me to leave or if youre planning on making my order." She was mumbling about me to other employees. I was really just trying to figure out what she wanted me to do. The conversation got a bit heated and she got what she wanted befause she felt like she had reasonable cause to refuse service. She did not listen to a word I said, just assumed i was a hateful customer. But she was the one being extremely hateful and unprofessional. I've worked fast food most of my younger years, im not the type to lack compassion for food workers, but i would never treat someone the way i got treated. The thing is, a refund would still require the manager of the store to refund it. This was on June 6th and I still haven't gotten a refund. Corporate told me to call the store. I tried and they legit hung up on me before I could finish a sentence. So I'm just out money because somebody had a bad night? Seriously, what do I do? I'm getting my money back and the longer I have to wait the more paperwork im going to file on this.
