  Stopped here on my way back from a 9 hr road trip to get food and ordered a 2A quarter pounder meal no onions and a #2 2 cheeseburger meal. The 2 cheeseburger meal was not a special order just as it came and when my kid unwrapped bought of them, there was only bun cheese and ketchup. No meat at all!!! On the quarter pounder, there were onions no biggie i can deal, but the bottom bun was where the cheese and other condiments were and the top bun was the bottom. Seriously who made the food either was high, needs restrained or fired. Due to it being late, and I still had an hour drive ahead of me, I didn't turn around.

  I’ve never left a Google review but honestly I hope the owner reaches out to me after this. Yesterday 5/17/26 around 6pm I ordered a couple cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. Cheeseburgers were all three different. When I got to the first window the individual taking my money acted high out of her mind and had a hood up on her head. Very unprofessional. I asked about a specific cheeseburger and this individual said they would fix it. Got to the second window where the “manager” was and we proceeded to make sure she was aware of the special order on that cheeseburger. She was instantly rude, talking over me, corrected me in a rude manner bc we thought the first individual was a male. Sorry hood on her head and def passed as a male. Could’ve let it go but had to rudely correct us. Do apologize for getting that incorrect. Then got the wrong drink. A sweet lady came to the window finally got us the correct drink and gave us our food. Pulled forward and was missing a cheeseburger. And the two we did get wasn’t made correctly. I went inside and the “assistant manager” approached me. I said my order is incorrect. She instantly flew off the rocker. Cussing the manager, threatening the manager, and left the building and went home. The manager was extremely rude, very incompetent, couldn’t get anything in order, asked for our money back and refused to give us our money and after 25 mins finally got our food. I’ve never seen anything like the chaos. The sweet woman that originally got our drink and incorrect food was trying to help us the entire time and the manager was not having it. This woman needs to be the manager. She actually knows customer service. I would gladly appreciate the owner to reach out to me personally!

  I’ve went here on multiple occasions and it’s always been a horrible experience whether it’s them constantly getting my order wrong, the INSANE wait times even for something as simple as a 4 piece nugget, and too top everything off the customer service sucks everyone in that place is always on there phones or too busy talking with each other rather then preparing and packing the order like they should I understand messing around but everytime I go there there’s always 3-4 customers up front waiting to either have their order taken or need something while the workers sit in the back and almost intentionally avoid the customers. 0/10 go to any other McDonald’s around Evansville it’s so much better

  They took over 20 minutes to make an order From a curb side order. I have to go inside to look why my order was taken so long,. The cashier lady was talking with a guy she was ignoring me for another 10 minutes...I definitely won't come back to this place..

  Ordered a drink that was $3 and was charged on my card for $10 in food. Said something and was treated like it was my fault the lady in the window messed up. Didn’t explain what they were doing just handed receipts and money out the window. Why was my card needed again if you weren’t going to refund it back on the card??
