  I went thru the drive thru and the guy asked for my order and I said pls give me a second. Was on the phone with a friend to say his order and I got a water. So when I ordered and pulled around the guy looked at me so rudely and said they don’t have water that they don’t serve those anymore. So I tried to order a soda and he said they only have kid sized cups and smiled in a smerky way at me. He was so disrespectful all bc I asked Nicely to hold on for like 1 sec. The most disrespectful McDonald’s ever. Most of the workers are rude their

  Everyone was short and rushed. They were borderline hateful. Definitely not good customer service!!

  Me and my boyfriend went through the McDonalds drive through because we needed a quick food option before I came in to work. I ordered a plain McChicken with only cheese and a plain burger with only ketchup. The guy in the drive through was very rude and remarked, “then you need to say only ketchup, not plain.” We were told to pull forward and waited at least 10 minutes for our food and my burger still had everything on it with ketchup. I think its unfortunate that the worker went out of his way to correct us and still couldn’t get the order right. Not to mention that there is always something wrong with the order every time we come to the west side McDonalds.
