- JEJayda EllenOct 12, 20261.0I ordered delivery and I’m sitting on my couch with my windows open and I could hear them throw my bag onto the porch and then slam their car door, so I called the store and told the manager and all the manager said I will talk to them and hurried to get off the phone, and hung up before I could even say thank you. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.

They always have good deals going on and you can get a full meal for pretty cheap. It is usually quiet inside and my food is always ready on time. Downloading the app you can get free food as well. Do it you will not regret it.

What a difference the meat portion was substantial again. Changed my review to 5 star. Well I went again today and got literally two thin pieces of meat on my sandwich. Fool me once. Shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me. Done with Jimmy John’s.
