  Ordered two fountain drinks one night and they called to tell me they didn’t have a driver, I asked for a refund and they said it would be voided and would be back on my card uhhhh fast forward a week and it’s still not back and when I call to ask abt it I get hung up on

  I ordered a roast beef sandwich and when I got home there was only two super thin pieces of roast beef on it. What a rip off! Won’t be going back to the St. Joe location. To be honest I probably won’t go to any of them again.

  I ordered the food an hour and a half ago only to be hung up on the first time I called to check on it. Then when I did finally get through she said it’s been out for delivery for 45 minutes you’ll have it in the next 10-15 minutes. It’s a toasted sandwhich. It’s going to be cold.

  1st time customer here. My order was correct and delivered right away. Ordered a 16 inch roast beef and provolone chese sub. What i really got was a lettuce tomato and onion sub. Not sure if this the norm for Jimmy johns.. hardly any meat or chese. Very disappointed. Ingredients seemed fresh and the bread was good. For some reason I can't post the pic i took, its ridiculous how thin the meat is.
