    I placed an order for just a sandwich, chips and a drink, and it took almost 2 hours for it to arrive, and the drink was supposed to be a large and wasn’t even a large, and my sandwich was cold

    My car was in the shop, so I placed an order through their mobile app and scheduled it to be delivered during my lunch break. This location is a 5 minute drive to my office. My lunch break is at 12 PM, it is currently 3:30 PM and my delivery is nowhere to be seen. The app says the delivery driver left the store with my order at 12:56 PM. So my order has been cruising around with their delivery driver for 2 hours. I have called the store twice and they have been apologetic saying the driver has my order but no idea when it will be dropped off. So much for that "Freaky Fast" delivery. I'm off work in an hour and I doubt I will have my lunch by then. This will be the last time I order from this location. Edit: It is 3:40 PM and the app has my order marked as Delivered. I still haven't received my order. I went ahead and canceled my order so now we'll see if I get a full refund including tip.

    This is the absolute worst Jimmy John’s. I order from this one a lot and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. They always forget something on my sandwich or put something I did not order, they forget sides, don’t cut the sandwiches in half like I request or never give mayo packets I ask for. I actually just got back from picking up food today. I got a chicken bacon ranch with an extra side of ranch. My sandwich hardly has chicken on it, my side of ranch that I paid for is less than half full and I was also at the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes (I did an online order). Do better Jimmy John’s!!!!!!!
