  I came through the drive through and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and no one answered I ended up having to drive to the window and knock on it. The kid that came tot the window was struggling his headset was sitting on the counter instead of his head he said that he was out in a position that he wasn’t ready for. I’m in the food service and regional trainer and I would never have one of my stores in that position you guys need to do better

  I’ve never waited so long in a drive-thru for such a sad little sandwich. The food here used to be so much better.

  Went thru drive thru to get a veggie slim or little john. I get to work and all I have is a cheese sandwich. Never been like that before. Called to complain and I am told that is a veggie. Funny the menu says cucumber avocado tomato mayo and lettuce! Now I have to go back to get a refund! Going forward I will just go to subway!

  Ordered delivery at 12:28pm on a Sunday. It is currently 2:10pm and I have still not received my order. Status on the order was marked as "Out for Delivery" at 1:33pm. Not only has it taken over an hour for one sandwich to be made but it will now have taken over 30 minutes to actually receive the food. I live roughly 6 minutes away from the location and I understand there can be multiple orders and construction in the area but this is ridiculous. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and the food I have received has never been terrible. But I have experienced this same issue with the location several other times where I have waited roughly an hour but now running on a near 2 hour wait is to much

  I ordered a toasted sandwich at 12:18pm from this location. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes for it, i call and ask what's going on. He said "sorry we've been busy and traffic is bad." MInd you, i work 5 minutes from this jimmy johns. i start calling every 15 minutes and keep getting the same excuse. Like seriously, i'm 5 minutes away. Finally 2 hours after i made the order, my food shows up. My toasted sandwich is cold and my potato salad i ordered is room temp. Really annoying. Really poorly run, this place is a joke. Freaky slow
