I probably won’t return. Scooters has much better customer service.

It didnt taste like any of the flavors I picked and it was 3 coffee I ordered with distinct flavors. It needs to be consistent evrytime because they are taught how to make them. - JGJesslyn GourleyApr 7, 20262.0I keep getting more and more disappointed every time I come to this location. I love Dutch Bros, but the wait times here have become extremely frustrating. This morning, I left my house 45 minutes early to try to beat the line and even placed a mobile order before I left. There were only about 5 cars in the drive-thru, yet I still sat there for 25+ minutes and my drink wasn’t ready. Making me almost late. Honestly, half the time I end up choosing to go somewhere else because I know if I place a mobile order here, I’m still going to be stuck waiting 25–30+ minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The most frustrating part is that this isn’t a one-time issue.. it’s every single time I come. When this location first opened, I came almost every day. Even when the lines were crazy long, it still moved faster and felt more efficient than it does now. Now I avoid coming because I know I’ll be there for 30+ minutes, even when it doesn’t look busy. I’m really hoping the future First Ave location doesn’t have the same issue, because this has gotten to the point where it’s just not worth stopping anymore.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
