    Cranked it out mid rush. I missed dutch bros soo much since I moved from Oregon! Little taste of home and nostalgia!

    The drinks always tastes good but this location is always ridiculously slow. We have came here probably a dozen times and it's always taken more than 30 minutes. Its never extremely busy either/long lines. It's just a staff that does seem to care about their customers. I've heard their business model is to be conversational with their customers and that's why they have slower service times. This is not the case. They are slower because they are having personal conversations with other staff members. We will not be back.

    I hate to have to edit a review from 5 stars to 1, but the speed has fallen off of a cliff and the drinks are being rushed and no longer made correctly. Even with order ahead, I am waiting 20-30 minutes in the baking sun, yet other people that are doing order ahead are somehow walking right up and having their coffee handed directly to them. Last week, when they made my drink they forgot the almond milk and for my friend they forgot to give her the food she ordered. It took additional time to wait for them to make the food, after I had already been there half an hour. Fast forward to today, and I made the mistake of putting in a mobile order on a BOGO day. I scheduled for 8:15. I waited until 8:40, when I went up and said that they could just cancel and refund my order. They had my friend's drink ready, and I expressed my frustration with the system. They miraculously then had my drink show up, but it hadn't even been mixed. The almond milk was all at the bottom. It did not look good at all, so I told them to keep it and I walked away. It isn't worth it to stand outside for 25 minutes to save $4 and get a drink that isn't made right. After tipping (which I do), I'm making minimum wage (from what I am saving) to stand in the baking sun. It isn't worth it, I'll go back to making my coffee at home. The employees are very friendly, but this seems to be an issue from an unfair system that likely prioritizes the drive-through traffic. I don't want to sit in a drive-through with 20 cars ahead of me, so I do the pickup window, but then at the pickup window we are being treated as second-class customers. If the problem is an issue from the app, the solution is simple. Dutch Bros' stores are all corporately-owned, this is not a franchise. Fix your app, and if you can't provide service within a few minutes of the appointment slot, push back the appointment slot or turn off mobile ordering entirely and make the system truly be FCFS.

    Arrived at 6:05 at the window or the 2 cups of regular coffee, the girl who makes it made 20 drinks, I guess the people that called envy me and I had to wait 15 minutes. Maybe 20 out of a window to get 2 cups of coffee while she made tutti fruity drinks for Lee non. Coffee drinkers that just want basically ice cream behind me. So if you want coffee you want to get to work, don't go there real coffee drinkers, just go to scooters.It's a lot faster , don't waste your money and time at that place

    I LOVE Dutch when my drink is made by the right person. Sometimes i get my drink and it’s perfect and delicious and other times I get it and wish I didn’t. The strawberry colada was my favorite but sometimes it would be made with 80% cream instead of having lemonade as the base, which drowns it out and honestly isnt very good at all. I just wish there was more consistency with the drinks and who makes them.
