  On line ordering would not work3 so I called to place an order. Spent $77+ on 2 cheese pizzas, a sausage pizza, a meat lovers, and 32 cinnamon bites. Get home to find pizzas are overcooked & there are all kinds of deals including 50% off any pizza. None of this was mentioned when I called and told them on line ordering was not working. All I got was, yeah that happens a lot. Never again.

  Can't imagine having to spend 5 minutes basically arguing with employee that my BBQ chicken lacked BBQ sauce, was dry and way overcooked and this was the second time it's happened to us. Was told "we make it by weight, so it will taste the same if we remake it" first and foremost my call had absolutely nothing to do with the portion size, it's the fact it was dry overcooked and NO BBQ SAUCE except LITERALLY 3 SMALL DOTS! we have ordered from here regularly for the 5 years we lived here and this is always part of our order, never has it only contained 3 spots of BBQ sauce, it's never been overdone, and I sure have never been met with such rudeness from a employee for their mistakes. Guess I will drive a little further across town, because I will not be returning to this one until staff has an upgrade. Edit to add, thought pizza would still be OK, and somehow that one is raw dough, so total waste of money tonight because I'm not even attempting to try and call back after how rude and difficult worker was last call.

  Ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon,and ham.. half tomato spinach onion bell pepper No bacon on the pizza there was tomato onion and majority of the bell peppers on the meat side of the pizza barely any bell peppers on the veggie side of the pizza also no tomato or onion on the veggie side of the pizza It looked like there was no care put into making my order. I did call the store they credited my account but I honestly feel like I don’t want anything from there now. I made the order there because of the 9.99 deal that’s going but I would have rather spent 25.00 elsewhere for a large pizza like I had considered before I had called them.., I’m very disappointed tonight.

  The female manager/shift lead with piercings absolutely deserves a raise with the amount of work she was taking on while I waited for my pizza. My pizza was made perfectly- my genuine only complaint Is that this girl probably is not making enough to be doing as much as she is!
