  i went through the drive through and got a 6 piece chicken strip basket, waited 15 min to get a 4 piece spicy chicken strip. Got home 25 min away to realize my food was wrong and called back and the “manger” answered and was very rude to me as i was just frustrated that i went and spent all that money to not even be able to eat my food. then proceeded to hang up on me. so no refund now there phone is going straight to voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE BACK. i go i would say a few times a month and steady have problems but never this rude of a “manager”. did not do anything i asked him over the phone and again hung up on me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. do not recommend

  Drive thru window disgusting dirty. Food was cold and fries looked like they dipped in grease and pulled them out..workers rude

  no way to cancel your online order. Got charged anyway and they couldn't figure out how to do it on their end. On top of that when I called for help a lady in the background was cussing because I called during their rush and she didnt care about my problem. Which is fair but still rude and not professional.

  Never really come to Dairy Queen. I came today and the lady at the window was rude. I asked for barbecue sauce and I guess that was an issue for her because when my food was brought out it was missing barbecue sauce. Definitely not impressed with her service.
