Usually by replacing the incorrect item with the correct thing. Sometimes with a credit to the account. The food rarely presents an issue. Only ever once in a great while.

Gave me hashbrowns instead. Figured it was a honest mistake. They not only don’t replace it but went ahead and charge me for another fruit cup?? I have zero issue paying the extra $2.50 for a fruit cup, but I do have an issue when you don’t give me what I pay for. Manager handled it rudely. Won’t be giving this location anymore business.
