Half of my wings were severely overcooked and felt like they had been sitting in a heat box, making them completely inedible. While the other half were fresh, I essentially paid for a meal I couldn't fully eat. The potato wedges were also just warm and clearly not fresh. Furthermore, my order was not ready at the promised pickup time. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving, and the staff offered no apologies for the delay. Paying full price for inedible food and poor service is frustrating. I hope management improves their quality control and customer service soon.

We ordered our food and then the table next to us ordered about 10 mins after us. They got their food before us ate it boxed it up and leaving as my food was arriving. My food came out cold so I didn’t get to eat I didn’t have them remake it because it took over an hour to get the food the first time. No manager came out all they did was remove my meal off the ticket and took 20% off. No pleased at all
