  The food was good but the service was below par. Our server Chloe came once to check after the food was served, and the second time to bring us the check! It took a very long time for her to come back to process the payment. Chloe displayed a rude behavior when she brought the check back, by slamming it on the table and saying “here you go”. I believe she did not like the tip we gave her which was 16% on the before tax total!! By the way, the restaurant was noticeably empty that day. She truly deserved nothing, but we decided to show her grace. We wish her well.

  Ken was absolutely phenomenal and made us feel like top priority with my fiancé’s promotion. I wish we remembered to take a picture of our entree’s as they were well prepared and equally as tasty, but our hunger was strong before we came in and we were ready to cash in some of our newfound success lol

  We came out to celebrate a work promotion. We really appreciated Ken and Alyssa’s efforts to make it feel like such a special occasion. The entire experience really made our night! The delicious food (of course you have to get the bang bang shrimp) in addition to the awesome service was the cherry on top of our wonderful night.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the absolute BEST experience at Bonefish Grill for my birthday dinner! From start to finish, everything was wonderful, but our server Ken truly made the evening special. Ken was an absolute gem—warm, attentive, personable, funny, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great experience. There’s good service, and then there’s the kind of service that actually becomes part of the memory of the night. Ken was THAT kind of server. He made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and completely taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner. Bonefish, you have a treasure in Ken! Please make sure he knows how much we appreciated him. We will absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for Ken! ❤️ Five stars all around, but Ken deserves ten! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have had several unpleasant experiences at Bonefish, mostly centered around what we were told were gift cards. Be careful if they say they are giving you a gift card. What they gave us that we thought were gift cards were not, and if you did not use the full value of it, you forfeited what was left on the card. I questioned this to Alyssa…not sure of her position. When she told me that I would not be getting the remaining balance back, I was not happy about it, so she offered me a dessert. I accepted her offer and ordered a piece of key lime pie. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked at the size of it, since it costs about $11. I cannot prove it, but I think she took a piece and cut my small piece off of it. This is not my first run in with Alyssa. If they give you what you think is a gift card, and it is a voucher instead, they need to inform you of that. I have always enjoyed going there with friends, but after several bad experiences, I will probably cross Bonefish off my list.
