Stood at the counter waiting to order while several employees made eye contact with me and looked away. All the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and not working. I walked out without ordering and went across the street to McDonald’s where the service was better

I recently visited your drive-thru and was disappointed by the customer service I received. When I reached the speaker, I said, "I would like a ham and cheese sandwich, please." There was a significant amount of traffic and several large trucks passing by, so I spoke loudly simply to be heard over the noise. The employee responded, "You sure can when you stop yelling at me." I was taken aback by that comment because I was not yelling at the employee. I was only trying to speak loudly enough to overcome the traffic noise. As a result, I declined to place my order and drove to the window to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. I believe the manager was the same person taking orders, and I was left waiting without any acknowledgment or attempt to address my concern. I understand that working in a busy drive-thru can be challenging, but customers should be greeted with courtesy and given the benefit of the doubt. A simple request to repeat my order or asking me to speak more clearly would have been much more appropriate than making a sarcastic remark. I hope this feedback is used as a coaching opportunity so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Mobile order was suppose to be ready at 12:50. I was in the drive thru line by 12:45, at the end of the parking lot where you enter the lot. By 1pm, I was still stuck in the drive thru line with 2 cars still in front of me to get to the ordering box. Pulled out of line, went inside, waited 5 minutes while workers were looking at me and someone else. Some dude came up, cut in front of me demanding his food he had been waiting on in the building, then when someone came out of the bathroom, I asked her for my order since it wasn’t in the pickup area. I have them on video saying they made it and it must have been stolen. Didn’t end up getting my food til 1:08 after they “remade” it, cussing and yelling at each other, saying they need a camera to catch who’s stealing food. There was a lady standing there waiting for her order as well, and she told me she had been there for about 10 minutes and the order was never on the pickup island like they were claiming, and we watched them tell another gentleman the exact same thing. Food was remade - first order of mozzarella sticks were burnt, remade - open my bag, what was suppose to be a 4 piece somehow magically turned into a 3 piece in the bag. 🤦‍♀️ Half the fries were burnt and rock hard. I asked for 2 packets of mayo in the bag for my sandwich, I get 2 packets of horsey sauce. This location really needs to get their act together. One of the main girls complaining and yelling even then made the comment “this is why this store is a joke on TikTok, this is why we’re a joke.” It’s a joke that yall got 3 folks up front, 1 working fryers and 1 working sandwiches, and while the last 2 are busting their butts, the 3 up front can’t manage to put bags of food together and keep track of them. 🤷‍♀️ Absolutely ridiculous. Lady making sandwiches even says “that lady has been waiting forever. Need to give her a card or something” to which the other lady responded, “No, it’s not our fault.” Wouldn’t have used it at that store anyway. Worst fast food experience to date.
