  Just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while the lady working gave me attitude. 2 cars in the parking lot. Completely unacceptable

  Came in just looking to quickly get some fries. Stood disappointedly at the counter for a while with two employees visible in the back chatting, either unaware of customers entering or ignoring me. Did not have time to keep wasting so had to leave with no food.

  Went through drive thru Thursday evening about 8:15, ordered two French dip meals. The ice machine was broken so I couldn’t get drinks, was told to pull forward waited for fries. When food came out he handed me the bag bag said everything was in the bag (I didn’t check and should have) got home and didn’t have the au jus for the sandwiches!! This location needs to do a better job!

  ‘Kids’ plus manager was gathered in the back chatting. No greeting, ignored, had to yell ‘hello’ to get service. Only 1 couple as customers but they didn’t bring my food to the table, only yelled my name. Water left standing in front of drink machines. When brought to their attention, replied we mopped it once. Danger! I asked about manager and she was one of the group… This place needs supervision!!
