  Don't go stop turn around go any where but this Arby's, the tried to charge me more than other Arby's and the mrg was yelling at me that I was wrong maybe the owner should work there for a day service i give -100

  This has got to be the worst ran Arby’s around. Upon one visit they didn’t have onion buns for beef n cheddar’s, next visit, they are out of roast beef…. Yes, you read that correctly, they were out of Roast Beef. The next time they couldn’t take card payments they drive thru, and it’s still not fixed. Hope do you let the biggest source of payment for the biggest source of business go that long without addressing it? Forget about the cussing and carrying on from the staff and people eating in the open behind the counter while customers are waiting to be waited on, I can’t imagine corporate is ok with this behavior and poor planning. This location is right in front of our apartment complex and yet we feel like we need to go to another location if we want quality service and food, and that’s just ridiculous.

  The food was great. The flow of drive-thru line was on point and customer service was quick and professional.

  Best beef and cheddar I've ever had right here. I called. They told me Megan was the one that made the sandwich. She did an awesome job. Guy at the drive-thru was Super friendly my new favorite fast food spot in Evansville.
