  Dining in.Usually the Reuben Sandwich is good. Yesterday around 3pm I got one that had NO sauce on it. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't good, but when I took practically the whole sandwich home my hubby said there's NO sauce on it! Not sure I'll ever go again.

  I ordered on the app a classic French dip. The sandwich was smaller than usually on the wrong bread. It didn't match the picture I ordered online when I took it to the counter no employees were up front. I had to call out to get any assistance when I said it wasn't made right the worker said oh its not cut I'll give you a plastic knife. I said no the sandwich is wrong its smaller. She said oh we changed bread, that's it. I won't be back to this location. So many fast food restaurants now customer service is imperative. If I order something it should be like the previous ones I've ordered and definitely look like the pictures. The price didn't change for a smaller sandwich now

  Got the $7.99 box with a crispy chicken. The chicken was cold & very hard, you could tell it was cooked hours prior. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks & no Arby's sauce even though asked for. Attempted to call but no answer.

  They offer no senior or military discounts and the staff has an attitude like they are doing you a favor by offering to sell you overpriced food. The food was barely warm enough to eat so that ruined the entire experience.
