  I will never go back to this Arby's. I didn't purchase anything for myself after the employee was being rude to me in the drive thru because I couldn't hear her. I'm hearing impaired which I told her after she was screaming about what she had just said. Instead of talking a little louder and repeating herself she was screaming into the speaker. I finished the order for my friend's and refused when my friend offered to get me something. Don't work in customer service if you're going to be rude. I ended up ordering food from Door Dash when I got back home. So a different company got my money instead of Arby's. I will never go back there.

  The food was decent, the staff were kind and quick... but my absolute favorite employee was the landscaper. We pulled up and caught him on break, but the guy didn’t waste any time. Seconds later he was right back at it, aggressively trimming the grass with his face. Absolute legend. He did an excellent job and honestly deserves a raise. I demand it.
