  They took forever to come to the window they didn’t know where my food was. :( Then I got it so messy and hard:( I won’t be coming to this McDonald’s anymore. I’m from out of town

  Went thru drive up and got a large strawberry watermelon refresher and it was only 2/3 full with a lot of ice. We sat there to tell the worker but he wouldn’t even look at us. Do better!!

  Someone stoled my credit card and bought food at this McDonald's! No one will answer the phone ! Been calling for hours. This is uncalled for that a manger can't answer the phone . I bet if this was their credit card they would answer ! If I could I would give them -10 for a review.

  I don't usually leave reviews on Google bc I just never think to do it, regardless of how good, or how bad my experience was. However, I felt inclined to do so with this specific location. The McDonald's on 28 in Elwood is the closest one to where I live that I can make it to on mornings before breakfast becomes unavailable. All I ever get it a steak and cheese bagel regular as they come. It's a legendary sandwich but it has to have everything it comed with on it, other wise it's just a real thick bagel (they don't even toast it) an egg that's been folded in half about 4 times(I'm guessing to make it thicker and heavier than what it is, and a very thin sorry excuse for a piece of steak(mostly all gristle and half the size the bagel and egg, not even kidding) but evytime I make sure to say *I would like breakfast sauce and onions on it too please don't forget, and sure enough, they forgot last time, and I could barley eat the thing bc without the sauce, it's just a dry miserable challenge to get through it . And their never warm. The cheese is so far from melted it slides off holding the rest of the mess of the thing. I went back today April 27, around 10am but put a mobile order in and even requested through the app extra sauce, extra onion. I pulled up but I'm not even gonna talk about how I had to pull up to the 3rd window after waiting for nearly 8 minutes at the 2nd. Finally brings my food out and I'm just about to check it until I see see the order ticket does I'm fact say extra sauce, extra onion. I didn't feel the need to analyze it after that. But I should've bc guess what? I got home, started a show and took about a bite and a half before I realized it and I couldn't believe it. So as I spent the next 30 minutes choking that over sized raw bagel with a sloppy egg and cold cheese. It really and truly ruined my day and I swear on everything that's holy, that specific mcdonalds won't be receiving my $ anymore. I'm contemplating calling corporate or someone above anyone in the Elwood location bc if they cant even understand the concept of extra sauce or make my steak and cheese bagel right , how they gonna help make anything else right? Breakfast sauce is an absolute myth there. They probably tell the employees that extra napkins mean the same as breakfast sauce bc I had a lot of those today. I don't think it exists there. Many have heard about it, some have actually seen it with they own two eyes, but only a select lucky few has actually got to wrap their lips around it and let the sauce gods boogie with their tongues. I think next time Im out that way looking for some food, ill see what ole wendy davis has been up to.

  After a 3 hour drive I stopped here so my kids could go to the bathroom and grab a bite to eat, only one kiosk was available to use, we waited patiently while the group of 3 guys was using it, not one employee said hello or even offered if they check us out at the register. Finally we put our order in we waited 20 mins for our food. Checked the food before we left and of course they didn't give us 2 burgers but they corrected it. The inside of the building was pretty nasty, trash overflowing food on the floor. The one lady kept wiping tables down over and over and when someone in the back asked for help she goes to help but doesn't even wash her hand and grabs food.
