  Extremely rude. They charged us for 2 happy meals and we only ordered one. She explained that to him and he said "well why didn't you tell the first person about it then." She said "I just now realized it." And then he said "what do you want me to do about it, are you stupid." I yelled for him to go get a manager and he sent someone who obviously wasn't a manager to come fix it since he knew I was very angry. I turned it in to corporate and they said they would call me back and they never did. This place sucks and they don't care how they talk to customers because there is no repercussions to how they treat people.

  If they need a receipt so bad when you return something why is it that there kiosk machines been out of paper for almost a year and a half now. Never got a receipt ever coming here.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s. The food was honestly unacceptable. The fries were cold, and the chicken nuggets were rock cold like they had been sitting out way too long. It’s clear that proper food timers aren’t being followed, and quality control is being ignored. When you’re paying for fast food, you at least expect it to be fresh and hot. This was neither. It’s frustrating to spend money and receive food that doesn’t meet even the most basic standards. Experiences like this make me seriously question why I would keep coming back.
