  My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru, and the lady was okay while taking the order. Unfortunately, as I handed the young lady the $20 bill with the change in it, which was clearly on top, she takes the bill from me drops the change on the ground. Instead of saying, "I'm sorry," she said, "I didn't know you had change." I then try to reach and grab the change she dropped, but could only find the nickel. The rest fell under my car. I then told her that I had $.55. She ignored that and just gave me change as if the 50 cents I gave her didn't exist. If I were in her position, I think I would've apologized and got the change after the car pulled away.

  They skimp you on every topping, especially the avocado spread and cucumbers.... You get very little of each item, even when requesting extra... Delivery is extremely slow no matter time of day it is.!!! I'm always missing items, like the condiment packets that were requested. Poor service and poor food quality overall.

  Pulled up to the drive thru an hour before closing. Made eye contact with the worker inside the store. Sat at the drive thru for two minutes before leaving. They just didn’t want to work I guess. Didn’t go inside because I was literally just there to get a quick drink before the rest of my drive home. You applied for that job, please just do it in the future 🙏

  While waiting to pick up my mother from a surgery I needed a place in Elkhart where I could work on some projects using free WiFI. Because of the pandemic Barnes & Noble wasn't allowing people to use their desks, and any coffee shops I found weren't offering dine-in so they weren't an option either. I don't know anything about the town or navigating it, but I know Jimmy John's. So, I spent 3 hours sitting in this Jimmy John's working. The WiFI worked, the employees were cool about me sitting there for a while, and I even had a pretty good sandwich. This is typically not how I enjoy my JJ's, I'm more of a drunken 2 AM fan of freaky fast service. I never intended to spend more than 3 minutes in one of these places, but these 3 hours were time well spent.
