    The young lady making sandwiches is always in a horrible mood! She never greets you or smiles. She’s even rude to the other employees and I can tell it really overwhelms them. Today she was slamming the sandwiches on the counter as she passed it to a coworker for him to bag it & she was throwing things aggressively & unnecessarily. When I walked in, I immediately told the cashier that I had an online order that was unpaid for but she made it her business to yell “she still has balance”’ as if I was just going to take the food for free. I told her to calm down because I had already informed the cashier I needed to pay. Had I not just left church and got a good word in from my pastor I may have reacted worse. She’s very unprofessional and emotional. Whatever is going on at home or with her mentally needs to be checked at the door! Maybe go to the restroom and meditate for a few minutes then come back to do your job well! As a person in HR, please get better with ensuring there is proper training on exceptional customer service. I will proudly come in to teach a class if needed!

    I ordered 3 large catering boxes for my grandson's graduation party. Each order was correct & ready when we picked them up. Jimmy John's was a big hit for the party. Everyone enjoyed the food. Thank you everyone at Jimmy John's on CR. 6.

    I had to keep my word! Super friendly, professional and nice. I orders the Little John Turkey Tom and it was delicious. I asked them which chips I should get between jalapeño and bbq and one of the guys asked if I tried the buffalo chips. They were AMAZING!!!!! He said if I liked them I had to come back and buy 2 more bags but I fly back to Florida today so I told him I would do a review🙂
