  There were 4 sandwiches ahead of me and it took over 10 minutes after I placed my order, to receive my 2 sandwiches. There were at least 5 employees, 2 cashiers, 1 making sandwiches, 1 bagging sandwiches, and 1 was slicing meat. There was plenty of opportunity for either of the cashiers or the bagger to help make sandwiches because there were no other customers. This location is not "Freaky Fast".

  Wow charging a fee per item in a delivery is disgusting behavior. I never get my mayo packet when i request it and half the time delivery is way behind. Worst part is for 2 sandwiches it is a 5 dollar delivery fee PLUS A TIP. I have fully removed Jimmy Johns as a place to eat from my list and these charges are greedy.
