  Worst experience of my life!! DO NOT give this place any of your business! Management is beyond rude! Food was cold and disgusting! This location either needs new management or shut down entirely!!!

  On 5/14/2026 I went into the Dairy Queen on CR 17 in Elkhart, Indiana to pick up a mobile order. The guy that gave me my order assumed I was with DoorDash. After giving me my order, he then followed me out to my car to ask me if he could follow me on Facebook and if I lived around there. Who in the hell follows you to your car? I’m doing this review before he’s reported to the corporate office. This is obviously something he does on a regular basis. Will never go back to this location now due to harassment from the employee. This guy is dangerous and is abusing his easy access to women through his job. Also, I don’t work for DoorDash. I’m actually an owner and CEO of a company.

  Food was very good. Had to eat in the car as the indoor seating wasn't available due to staffing issues. Really frustrating.

  As of 4/17/26 tonight at around 9:10 pm i spent 40+ minutes in the drive-thru line with only three cars ahead, being pulled to the side of the drive-thru having to wait for their orders for seemingly no reason since when i finally got to the window i come to witness nearly every single employee sitting around laughing other than a single young man and single older lady actually working their job, having to literally run and maneuver around all of the other careless uniformed dwellers on the clock. The drive-thru “worker” woman with her back turned to me at the window laughing and talking to her work men friends while none of them having a single care in the world other than talking to customers polite enough to brush them off. The blizzard was poorly mixed, the cupfection was only half way filled with ice cream, maybe even less, and the food was moderately warm. (A single order each of large fries and onion rings.) I am deeply disappointed to pay for this service and quality.
