My burrito was thicker than campfire log and had the best portions I’ve ever seen but still matching there own standards. Whoever worked today from 12-4pm on August 8th, deserved recognition. (This order was also a pickup! We ordered online, which says even more because they skimp out on online orders! :))

- SCSunni C.Jul 27, 20263.0I do wish chipotle could maintain how they were when they first came out, however overtime like most businesses things slip under the cracks and under the rug and good service gets hit hard The staff is cool straight to the point they kinda rush you through the line , very impatient Most of the meat was dry and this is usual when I come in When I choose my meat, I pretty much choose, whichever meat is freshest at the time And they usually don’t have all the options of everything out at once You probably have to come to the store when they first open and when they first freshly put everything out to get the best service here Other than that throughout the day, you’re probably gonna have to just choose the fresh choice from what they have on the line Most of the stuff looks like it’s been there since they first put it out and dries up overtime I came in at noon And made the best bowl I could make out of the options that were there 6/10 I can make it at home. I just choose to go to chipotle because I don’t feel like making it myself and going through all that. But if you have the energy and know how- making it at home probably is best.
- JPJed PlattJul 27, 20261.0Food was fine, but the whole place was so dirty, kitchen was filled with dirty dishes everywhere, every trash can was overflowing, every table was dirty (we ended up eating in the car) the self service bar was dirty and covered with trash and no utensils( had to go and ask for some) guy at the checkout was on his phone with one girl making dishes and a line of people.
