We stayed one night in NW Ohio and planned a lunch stop before home so Chick-fil-A it was. Just as any location in whatever state you're in, busy and bustling as always. That's one thing that you'll always get walking into C-f-A is shining customer service. Food came out in a timely manner and hot & fresh. Dining area was clean and I don't remember her name but the dining room lady was so welcoming & friendly. One of the very few fast food joints that you'll ever receive service this wonderful. Hope for continued boomin' business for years & years to come for the owner(s) of this franchise.

The restaurant was really noisy inside, not because of the music, but because of how loud and busy it was with people. They do have a playground for kids, which is a nice feature, but it was very small. The staff were friendly, but they spoke very quickly, and as someone who is still getting comfortable with English, I found it a little difficult to understand everything during our order. As for the food, I was a little disappointed. The chicken tenders were very dry and didn’t taste like the chicken tenders I had tried before at Chick-fil-A. The fries were also a pretty small serving, so it felt a little underwhelming. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I was expecting a little more based on my previous experience with Chick-fil-A.

- SCSunni C.Jul 27, 20265.0I go to this location often and they always are great They definitely live up to the Chick-fil-A standard Fast & fresh service with kind and friendly employees I did have one encounter where they put my order in wrong However, when I called up to the store, I was a little frustrated because it was 7 AM & I was on my way out of the state, but they assured me that they’ll remake my order and i have 30 days to come redeem it Over many years I’ve ordered Chick-fil-A and they only got my order wrong twice so I’m really not complaining. I’m just adding to the review because it did happen and it does happen but they have a protocol that protects them when the slim chances of them getting the order wrong does come up 10/10 would definitely go again and again and again
