  Went there and ordered a chicken sandwich with NO mayo. Recieved sandwich with mayo. I honked the horn trying to get someones attention because there were people behind me and we all have waiting awhile already. Told them nicely it wasnt supposed to have mayo. I wait another 5 minutes for a new sandwich. I rechecked it and it had a new bun and lettuce. They used the same slab of chicken and tomato because there was still a little mayo on those two things! Good thing my daughter wasnt allergic. Work on your food safety and do better Arbys! Lazy. The chicken was cold and the girl at the window had. Snarky look on her face even though it was THEIR mistake.

  Walked in at 1245 pm The man taking orders was very nice. However the black male manager treated one of the white female employees very unprofessional. He told her to clock out. I felt bad for her. I don’t know the whole side of the story, but I heard the girl say what’s going on. They were very busy and I think that she was struggling a little bit with things, but I don’t think he should’ve done that in front of everybody to her. I will not be going back to this location He apologize to me he told me he was sorry but he should’ve been telling her she was sorry not me. He was actually friendly to me, but I didn’t like the way she was treated.

  I pay for a double and you hardly throw any meat on there that’s basically theft. This chain should be shut down. Edit: it’s okay I already reported the order on my receipt via the feedback website and to corporate. I will never be back to this location.

  Got the chicken sandwiche meals and the chicken was very dry and the fries were overcooked.
