  Worst service ever delt with. Waited for my food for 38 minutes.ordered when it was slow and before multiple people and even a church group arrived. Yet they got their food before me. Called to complain because they had no care to get my food done in a timely manner. I got the excuse that they were busy for the 40 minutes and they did them as they came in. I even said I ordered before them and just went over the shift managers head. Did not care and said short personnel. Even though I order before it got crazy. It does not excuse how they can server everyone else. They had to go back on the screen to find my meal that got skipped. Even when stated not thinking of coming back all I got was ok. Shows me this person should not be in a position if they can't act appropriately and only say we were busy. No responsability taken even though someone messed up on handling the meals. There was no care and just did not want to deal with the issue. Been coming here for years and usually service is good. Tonight has changed my mind.

  What is the hold up? Wait forever and then the order is always wrong. I can't stand it when they say pull forward and we will bring your order out.

  Food was good, They gave us ketchup and sauce without us telling them at the drive thru.
