  I have been here many times and every time there has been rude customer service. Looking at the reviews it looks like this isn’t the first time she’s been rude to customers. The female wears glasses and brown hair.

  Came in around 7:20pm and experienced the most ridiculous customer service. I am training here at this base and have never eaten at a Jimmy Johns before. I didn’t realize I walked past the menu when I went inside. My sandwich place back home is usually Jersey Mikes so I figured I would give this place a shot. I saw the monitors that displayed the Jimmy Johns logo and figured it was self-service where you place your order. Mind you there is no sign that says “Order Here” anywhere inside this establishment. I touched the screen and nothing happened so I went up to the female making the sandwiches who I later found out her name was “Krenzley”. She was making someone’s sandwich and I went to the right of her and I asked her, “Excuse me, where do you order?” Then she gave a head nod and was like “Over there”. The head nod was pointed to the right of her and I was thinking oh okay I must have to order from the monitors. This is where her bad attitude got worse. I went to the monitors again, mind you there is NOWHERE with a sign that states “Order Here” and she looked at me like I was not understanding which I wasn’t and said “It’s not self serve, you order here” still clearly not stating where it’s at with a simple hand gesture, but using her head nod again to tell me where to stand. Instead of her saying “I’ll be right with you after I finish making this sandwich” she proceeded to just glare at me so I stood there. I told her I wanted the Italian and she asked what kind? I asked her what kind of choices were there? Instead of her saying “The menu is behind you on the wall when you walk in, you missed it” she starts to rattle off all of the Italian type sandwiches super fast. I heard her say Ultimate so I chose that one. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said no. Again, I’ve never eaten at Jimmy Johns so I saw her start to cut one of the loafs of bread and I realized I needed a bigger sandwich from what she was cutting so she started making my sandwich and I tell her “I’m actually going to need two of those” since I was super hungry. She rolls her eyes at me and then comes over there to ring up another sandwich. No receipt either time or asked me if I wanted it and I did want it because I wanted the name of this rude employee. Literally the nerve to ask for a tip on the screen both times and each time I gave her $0 because who is tipping someone with such a horrible attitude. I waited until she made them and then she shouted “Ultimate Italians” and put them on the counter. No bag, no napkins, no thank you have a good day. It’s fine, I reached over and grabbed my own napkins. It wasn’t until I got back to my barracks and 20 minutes later one of my fellow Soldiers came walking in and was like “I just had the rudest employee at Jimmy John’s” then he starts to tell me his story. I was like dude I just dealt with her not too long ago. I say all this to state that I will never eat at another Jimmy Johns again. This employee and her bad attitude has tarnished the name. If you hate your job this much then you don’t need to be working in customer service. I am a generous tipper and would have tipped her $5 or more if she didn’t have such a sour attitude. I do plan on contacting their corporate office to state my complaint. The owner should be ashamed that they have someone like this serving customers. I was told that there is a nice Latina girl that works there and when she’s working, she’s very polite and doesn’t rush you out of there. I unfortunately did not get her. Do better.

  Expensive, tax charged, skimped out on quality and quantity of sub. Thought this would be better than subway, I was wrong. Thanks for ruining the only food option we have on the base.
