    Atmosphere N/A. Went through drive-thru. My wife’s order was right, my order was all wrong. Went there 05-30-26 @ around 1 PM. I ordered the Brisket/Mac bowl with sweet sauce and crinkle cut fries. I received a cold pulled pork/Mac bowl with spicy chipotle sauce and curly fries. Overall the food was good, service was good, but attention to details of getting the order right is where the 1 star was earned.

    Absolutely the worst food I’ve eaten! Overcharged, no receipt,floors so dirty my shoes were stuck to them, tables and counters gross!

    Overall the food was not bad though average at best. Where things fall short is the staff’s inability to keep up with anything beyond five orders at a time. Had ordered ahead on the app and waited about five minutes before even leaving my home. When I arrived about ten minutes after the order was placed they told me itd be about another ten minutes. That my order had not even been started. I waited the ten minutes as requested and was told again itd be another ten minutes. I went inside where the dayshift manager was cursing loudly and stormed out. There were customers and kids present who could hear this. His employees were calling him worthless and seemed to be struggling due to his inability to help. Absolutely appalling behavior from a manager.
