  I will not be returning to this Chipotle location after this experience. They were out of multiple items, which — okay, fine, things happen. A lot of us waited for steak, and when I finally got my bowls, one looked completely normal while the other had maybe 10 tiny pieces of steak in it. I even jokingly said, “We can’t put the same amount of steak in both bowls?” Instead of fixing it, the employee proceeded to dump what felt like an entire store-sized container of pico de gallo into the bowl, almost like it was supposed to compensate for the lack of actual protein. I already don’t get beans, so at that point my bowl was basically just salsa with a few pieces of steak thrown in. Then came the rewards issue. The day before, I had successfully redeemed two rewards in one order — a free queso and chips. I also recently won a free entrée through Teacher Appreciation Week. Today, I wanted to redeem my free bowl and use points for queso because I had enjoyed it the day before. I was told I “couldn’t use two rewards,” even though I literally have before. Instead of asking a manager or trying to help, the employee just shut it down without really knowing what he was talking about. So now I wasted points redeeming a queso reward I couldn’t even use, ended up not getting the queso because I’m not paying extra for it, and left with a bowl that barely had anything in it to begin with. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience from start to finish — poor portions, poor customer service, and zero effort to actually resolve the issue. My photo no none of that is meat. Its literally layers and levels of the Pico and green salsa. And I found 15 pieces of steak and thats after I took the meat from the other bowl!!!

  Place has gone downhill since the St John location opened. Should get the old employees and management back.

  Be careful eating from here I was chomping down on a bowl and my 3rd bite I chipped my tooth on a piece of glass or hard metal smh! It could’ve been worse I could’ve choked and died literally! To make matters worse you can’t even call and talk to anyone there!

  One of the girl employees working on the bogo tattoo day was SO GOOD. She was fast and so friendly even when there was a line outside the door. Very professional, and great employee.
