  This place is a joke! I walked in and ordered a bowl with 4 ingredients and looked down to get my money out and pay and there was a bag standing upright and a very sloppy bowl sitting next to it. After the clerk gave me my change he grabbed the bowl that was next to the bag and grabbed a new bag. The bowl lid had sour cream all over it and I could see a piece of lettuce hanging out. I asked for a napkin to wipe off the sour cream and he actually did it for me and placed the bowl in the bag. I just worked a 12 hr shift and its pouring down rain so I am not happy that when I got home and pulled the lid off I received the wrong bowl. I hate sour cream and this one was LOADED with it and I also didn't ask for lettuce. I called and after screaming manager into the phone for 7 mins I finally get a hold of someone in a call center im assuming, but absolutely NOT located in the Dyer store I was just in. She asked why I was calling and I told her why and she told me I could hang up and call back and I insisted she transfer me to the Dyer location which she was able to do. I spoke with a female manager and explained the situation and was VERY detailed even in the part of watching the employee who was wearing sunglasses who made my bowl correctly and then I ended up with the wrong bowl. She proceeds to ask if I came in or drive thru😳 Literally just mentioned that her employee with THE SUNGLASSES made my bowl....clearly I came in. That place has gone down hill so fast. The one star was because it's still not as bad as the Munster location. Awful experience, will be returning next week for my refund and then I will be taking my business elsewhere!

  My job has ordered from this location twice, and both times my order was wrong. The most frustrating part is that there's no way to call and speak with someone. The automated system literally says the employees can’t annd will not be able to answer the phone. On the first order, they gave me the wrong protein and forgot several of the essential items I requested. On the second order, they forgot the protein completely and added cheese, even though I specifically asked for **no cheese**. I understand mistakes happen, but getting both orders wrong and having no way to contact the store is very disappointing. Here’s a bowl with no protein, when the order says barbecoa - never ordering here ever again

  We came in for 4 take out order. While ordering we both noticed that the server was portioning that rice as though it was the most expensive item on their menu. So there were 4 kids meals, a bowl of chicken, steak and rice and a chicken side bowl all for over $40?!? At home everyone eating their meals commented on the lack of rice and how odd it tasted.
