In fact, they haven’t carried it in years. Which is weird because Baskin-Robbins took my money for an item that doesn’t exist. I was then told that I could just pick another flavor of ice cream, but I really wasn’t interested so I asked for my money back. I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I have to go through the app. So sitting at the speaker box, I’m going through the app trying to figure out how to get my money back and there is no option. I asked the employee where do I go to do that and she says oh I have no idea. So I was duped into buying something that doesn’t exist. My money was taken and there’s no way of me getting it back. Got it! I then sat there for like five minutes as she’s reading all the flavors that they carry to try and replace what I ordered. Unfortunately I don’t do nuts or chocolate or sherbet which leaves like three flavors of ice cream. So I had to pay $12 for something that I didn’t want because there’s no way to refund me from buying things that don’t exist. Now, if Baskin-Robbins is trying to create the experience of making people very angry, they did a great job. I was angry that I was duped into this situation. The employee was angry because she had a deal with me. And I’m sure the customer behind me at the speaker box was mad at me while I was in panic mode trying to figure out how I can get my moneys worth since refunds are not allowed. I guess the joke is on me since this is the second time that this has happened to me. I would highly suggest not using the Baskin-Robbins app because they falsely advertise what products they have available in order to steal your money. Good luck going here because they will try and steal your money.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
