Went for breakfast and they literally were sending cars to every parking spot, blocking the exits because they couldn’t get any food out

Threw an absolute fit because she asked "did you have the frappes" and we said no. She proceed to roll her eyes and huff out loud. Like you are the one asking and we answered.

- JWJerry WhiteMar 29, 20261.0They can not comprehend the difference between sweetened and unsweetened tea. Lived here for over 10 years and have a problem 70% of the time. Let’s make the UN on the tea really big and a brighter color so your employees can understand better. Let’s also remember to put straws in the bag when we give the wrong tea. Literally won’t order for months and when I do there is almost always an issue. Maybe it’s the leadership or maybe it’s the illiteracy.
