    When using the drive-thru, you constantly have to check to make sure you actually received your entire order. It’s frustrating to spend nearly $40 on fast food for a family and only receive part of what you paid for. After getting home, we realized items were missing and called the store. Paul informed us, “Oh, that’s why that’s still sitting here.” Unfortunately, we live 15 minutes away, meaning we now had to drive all the way back while the food we did receive became cold because of an error on their end. In situations like this, I truly believe the entire meal should be replaced—not just the forgotten items. If businesses had to fully correct these mistakes, perhaps there would be more attention given to double-checking orders before handing them out. I also asked why I had to call the TA side just to reach someone, because the restaurant’s direct number goes straight to voicemail. Gas costs money. Food costs money. Customers deserve accuracy and respect when spending their hard-earned money. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and new. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the building. If you use the drive-thru, definitely check your order before leaving. Hopefully this review reaches the district manager and not just the local shift management, because I would gladly update my review if customer service and order accuracy improve. Upon picking up the order napkins and sauces and items that were missing were included. We just ate in shifts rather than as a family….plus wasted Gas at nearly 5$ a gallon….
