  Very disrespectful employees on may 9th 2:30 AM. Just wanted food after a long shift and they told me I was only aloud to order a certain amount. At the window she was very disrespectful and I was very disappointed. Lady with the orange bun should be fired ASAP!!

  About 85 percent of the time my food is either cold some how or made bad. I got a grilled cheese burrito and was in a hurry to work and when I got the burrito there was barely anything inside and where all the stuff inside was, it was the size of a soft taco. It wasn't even busy at the time. Maybe 2 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru.

  This place should either be shut down or have a complete clean of house. I have never in my life dealt with such rude staff. The only reason I come back here is because it’s the only place open after I get off of work. Every single time I come here (between 12-1am) they always tell me that they are closing… before I even order. The hours say open until 3am. When you tell them your order, they interrupt you within the first 4 words and are short with you because THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO LISTEN!!!! And the manager LOVES to interrupt. This night manager has the most vile attitude I have ever come into contact with. She needs to be fired or find a job that doesn’t deal with the public. What’s even worse is that there are so many reviews with the same comments and there is nothing being done. I am contacting BBB. Learn how to treat people and if you don’t like your job, find another job. As an established you should be ashamed, if you don’t care about your customers and the way your nasty attitude employees treat them, you should be shut down. You’re in the hospitality field.. good god.

  Walked in for dine in, keep in mind we were the only customers inside. Ordered our food through the kiosk, continued to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for our food and watching cars fly through the drive thru. First we asked where our food was and we were told “it’s getting worked on” then we got tired of waiting and went to ask for a refund while drive thru customers we’re being prioritized, Caden K. assisted us, neither apologized nor did she give us a receipt back until we called her back to print it for us. Save your money and go down the street to Chikfila.

  “No big orders” gimme a break… What do you get payed for again?? Do your job and stop being lazy. This is why people will take their business elsewhere especially with the snooty and lazy lady at the drive thru. This is why the other Taco Bell is superior and I will continue my business there.
