  Inattentive staff, will not follow directions and manager there asks he employee “go see what he wants “ annoyed. Usually am not a complainer at all but when she hands me the food and fails to mention they are out of the pineapple freeze, opts to not say anything and proceeds to sound annoyed when I have a question about the missing item. Tortillas still raw /cold for the taco and got more lettuce ( opted out of lettuce) than actual potatoes

  Would never go back… Disgusting and not cleaned up after people eat, bugs everywhere, rude employees, serving drinks for ourselves, no waitresses, no people checking us in… Everything was gross! In the bathroom, nothing was clean! Someone actually peed in my fries and ewww! Even the screens that we check in with are dirty! Never. Again. Don’t go!

  I understand none of us have power, but the fact that the drive through is closed is absolutely awful service. Overcrowded inside and VERY long wait while buona next door is handing me my food in the window while only waiting 5 minutes for 20 items. Never going here again even when the power isn’t out.

  The lady working the front counter was extremely rude and completely disengaged. I’ve worked fast food and managed for at least 6 years, and by no means should someone act the way she does and still have a job. This tells me management at this location holds ZERO accountability. I placed an online order, then proceeded to go to the drive thru and was told to come in and when I did I was told it would be 30 minutes for the wait in which I was fine with ok, so 30 minutes goes by then I ask her if my order is almost ready just to get “It wasn’t checked in so it’ll be another hour wait.” How in the hell is this ok?

  I come through regularly normally at night between midnight and 1 AM and specifically I came yesterday night around the same time and I had placed two different mobile orders and every time I’ve came through when the specific manager is working, she has given an attitude and told us you have to go around twice and I asked her then what is a drive-through for because I’ve worked in fast food and all you have to do is selected it’s a multi order and press a button to upload the next mobile order so it’s not that hard to do and she is very rude and smoked throughout her shift and is laughing all the time with people that she knows, but she has no care for the people that she serves and she has red hair and negative attitude . I found out she was the manager because I came through today earlier in the day and I asked who usually works the night and she said it’s normally to females which are managers, but she can’t disclose the names. Go figure because they know that they’re in the wrong. This place needs to do better and all the reviews on this place. Most of them are one star .
