  It’s crazy how I’ve been waiting 20 minutes now for my order in the dining area. They have sent at least 8 drive thru orders since I’ve been waiting here. If you all are going to completely ignore the dining area just shut it down. This is sooo unacceptable and they need to up date this concept. We already have to place our own orders inside. We are all waiting on orders

  Drive thru Customer Service was NON-EXISTENT! I don't want to even call this person a young lady because she had NO CLASS! Extremely immature and rude didn't greet us at all, took my card, swept while we waited and refused to give extra sauce even after we offered to pay. Sucks to say but she is the reason I won't be back to this place. If it's past 8pm, do yourself a favor and drive past this place!

  The woman who refers to herself as the manager of the night shift with the rainbow hair, was rude every time I have came in or placed an order. She refused to remake food that she lost because she “Made it already.” I put her on the phone with DoorDash support as she requested I do, and then she proceeded to say she still wasn’t going to make it and then hung up on both the DoorDash support and myself. Bad service is an understatement. She is completely rude and I have seen her instigate multiple occasions of my visiting with other customers.
