We came at 10 :15 am on a Sunday. Ordered through the in-store pad the spinach bacon souffle, and was told only 1 four cheese souffle left. The pad said 6 left? The four-cheese souffle was hard, not fluffy and the croissant not flaky. The chocolate croissant was stale.
My order for oatmeal came in 10 minutes and it was fine. So three stars instead of four. Hope this Panera gets better and re-introduce the fluffy souffle, the cranberry orange muffins and great croissants

Everytime I come here they get my order wrong and it takes about 25 minutes in the drive through AND that’s the minimum . The first time I came here I came in and the cashier was on her phone and acted like i disturbed her. The 2nd time I came here I waited over 30 minutes for a soup it took about 10 minutes for her to understand my order … For my third time I placed a order online so the 10 minutes at the speaker wouldn’t happen. Well they couldn’t find my order . What a mess , might have to drive the extra minutes to Merrillville location . Crown point is a mess

Charged my husband for fruit cups and didn’t put them in bag. When he asked about them they said yea we ran out. Forgot a sandwich and what they did give him was horrible. barely anything on it.

I was so excited that a new Panera opened up closer to me, but it kind of seems like a Panera Express. I just had soup this time, but when I spend $22 for a meal and a drink, I expect a real bowl and silverware like I am used to at other locations. The staff seems undertrained and not very professional. The layout is not great and it has concrete floors and no fireplace, which doesn’t give the cozy vibe I love about Panera. Other Paneras are a good place for a little lunch treat. But this felt like expensive takeout instead of a great value for a sit down experience. I am sure it’s fine for takeout, but I rarely get Panera takeout because of the cost. If I am spending $20+ I want a little vibe.
