- CDCory Donahue1 day ago1.0Absolutely atrocious. The staff is horrible. The place is run horribly. My wife placed an online order today, 9/30/26 and was told it would be ready at 5:30pm Apparently there is some type of fund raiser and instead of Panera conveying that message, they simply skipped any orders not related to the fund raiser and let my wife stay stuck in the drive through line for an hour and a half. This location should be shut down.

Needless to say, even though I took the steps to do it early place the order for later, and went into the restaurant, it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait for 15 minutes. Manager didn’t even apologize, don’t waste your time at this location.
