  Ridiculously drive thru wait times and highly unprofessional and rude staff. Will avoid this location and only frequent the Main St. location in CP in the future.

  Whoa! This new McDonald’s feels like a prison. There is no colorful decor, not even a soda machine lining the wall walls. Everything is pure gray concrete. It is bare and it is Stark. If you were trying to get out of the car and get a little mental refresh, I don’t recommend this McDonald’s… It’s pretty jarring inside in comparison to other locations or fast food chains. My food order was consistent in quality with other locations, but there were no employees to be found outside of the drivethru and food prep lines, and I was so put off by the interior that I felt compelled to leave this review and warn others. Attn: Corporate McDonald’s and franchisers, this design direction seems like a bust!

  I went to the drive thru this evening, order two big mac meals and a chicken nugget meal. Was told to pull up to the very first window, and my big macs would be available shortly. Got my big macs home and both big macs are missing one piece of meat each. If one sandwich was missing, I could understand a simple mistake, but since both of the sandwiches were missing the burger, it makes me think that people aren't doing their job properly. I was made to wait extra and my sandwiches were still not properly made.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they lock their doors and don't let anyone in during the evening but then still have a pickup at counter option on the app. Except don't let you in and the app says you can't cancel the order and then they steal your money because they won't refund it even if you talk to the manager. Then you talk to customer service through the app and still no one gives you your money back just some crap about them having to have restaurant leadership contact you and NO ONE ever does.

  Seriously one of the worst experiences at a McDonalds. I am not expecting fine dining but also not expecting it to be this bad. Order was really late, over 45 mins and was wrong at first. Service was terrible. No apologies or offers to make it right. Nothing but screaming in back and hardly anyone to speak to. Food was cold and the fries weren’t even salted.
