- RRRustic & RefinedSep 1, 20261.0Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and if I hadn’t gotten boxed in by a contractors truck…I’d have definitely taken it back. There’s no consistency with this place. No matter what I order, sometimes it’s good and the next it’s bad. Today’s was the worst! The bread was burnt and hard, the chicken was extremely dry and also tasted burnt plus for what they charged? I should have at least got 1/4 of a chicken breast not three pieces. Plus the chicken bacon ranch, had no ranch. Two bites just for it to end up on the trash.

I see all the employee's inside but they wouldn't open up. I called, they answered and said they dont open till 11am because they're trying to get caught up on orders, so I explained the website says your open.....she had no response. Terrible!!! Guess Ill go give my money and buisness somewhere else.

Never asked me was I a member got my sandwich which was fantastic lost out on poinst. In the last 2 weeks I have been to 2 other stores and the server was fantastic. They were the store in Merrillville across from the mall and the other one around the corner from Wicker Park. Everyone has a bad day but when I asked could I go to the site and add my points he said, I cant do anything about that.
