  I checked online to make sure theyre open, because its 10:30am and yes it said open. I drove all the way there and the door is locked at 10:45. I see all the employee's inside but they wouldn't open up. I called, they answered and said they dont open till 11am because they're trying to get caught up on orders, so I explained the website says your open.....she had no response. Terrible!!! Guess Ill go give my money and buisness somewhere else.

  I went to the store in Merriville on Broadway 71/13/26. The Guy acted like he didnt want to be there. Never asked me was I a member got my sandwich which was fantastic lost out on poinst. In the last 2 weeks I have been to 2 other stores and the server was fantastic. They were the store in Merrillville across from the mall and the other one around the corner from Wicker Park. Everyone has a bad day but when I asked could I go to the site and add my points he said, I cant do anything about that.

  The one time I pay in cash they mess up two of my three sandwich’s. One sandwich was not meant to have mayo and it did, for having a picky eater it got thrown away. My second sandwich was missing peppers, and it had onion on it. This has happened more than once at this location. Do better.
