- NNNetski5 days ago1.0What a disappointment. This frozen pizza is pathetic. Where is the sausage? Where is the cheese? This does not look anything like the picture. Bought today at Jewel in Crown Point. I tried to leave a review for Gino’s East but could not.

I do the drive up orders now & they didn't put 5 items in my car that was worth $15. I tried calling that night & the next day to get a refund but it took forever to get through to them. The customer care just isn't there anymore.

- LBLaTonya BarnesApr 9, 20261.0Was very discouraged and disappointed with the customer service lady. I wanted to play the lottery like I saw other people playing. When I go to the customer service desk the lady tells me she can't do a quick pick Millionaire for life game, I would have to go to the machine. She said she can only sale scratch off tickets and they are not allowed to use the lottery machine on her counter. I felt very offended and embarrassed by the way she said it. Seemed very racists to me. My husband went through the same thing Monday morning with the same lady. I won Mega Millions a couple of years ago and it was a quick pick over the counter. I asked for a Manager and he act like he didn't know what was going on and looking like he didn't care. My husband asked if he could do it and he said he didn't know anything about it. Another lady came up, I'm assuming she was a head cashier and she said they are not allowed to put numbers in you have to use the machine. People were looking and we felt humiliated. I was so upset I wanted to call the police but I knew that would only make matters worse. They should have a sign up saying use the machine if you want to play lottery. Why do you have a machine on the counter if you're not going to use it? We will never shop there again.
