  Truly awful beef sandwich. After 30 min and $18.73 later I picked up one of the worst beef sandwiches I ever had. This price included the $1.50 up-charge for cheese which I initially thought they forgot, but no it was just barely there. The beef was so dry thought it was cooked in the midday sun (would explain the 30 minutes to make a beef sandwich). The meal did include decent fries (all 14 of them). The beef itself had some flavor which is a shame, in competent hands it could have made an ok sandwich. I suggest you stick to pizza, this was an embarrassment.

  Portions are shrinking. I know I know. Everything is getting more expensive and that gos for ingredients restaurants buy. I get it but….. $16.00 for the beef sandwich and they barley cover the bottoms with fries. And that’s even after ordering on the phone mentioning to them how they skimp on the fries drives me bananas. Then to my surprise (should’ve read the menu apparently) $1.50 for mozzarella and $1.50 for Giardiniera? So $19.00 total for a sandwich that’s about 1/3 smaller than it was 6 months ago and literally one cup of fries. So disappointed. Love the food but this is becoming insanely expensive. Response to owner: I reached our. Prior to leaving the house. On the phone. While placing the order. I literally said to the young lady on the phone about the amount of fries. I specifically asked if I could have a reasonable amount of fries. That I feel like the “7oz” isn’t enough. That’s my gripe. It was discussed and ignored. Bottom line. Second response to owner: I’ll say AGAIN I asked on the phone if I could have a “reasonable” amount of fries! I think you keep missing that point. I specifically asked and my ask was ignored. Don’t try and question my “class” when you’re literally responding to my review with zero class! I was going to give you guys a chance in the near future but your comment has completely changed my mind. Next time train your employees to listen to your regular customers.

  Heads up if using credit card at this location. Checked my card 3 days later and found they added a $20 tip to my drive-thru credit card purchase. Had to ask 3 times to speak to a manager to try and resolve the issue.

  We chose Gelsosomo’s primarily due to its convenient proximity to the Franciscan Health hospital, and it proved to be a fantastic decision. The drive-thru pickup window made getting our order seamless and incredibly fast. We ordered a medium "The Works," and the portion size was impressive—it was more than enough to comfortably satisfy a group of four. The quality of the pizza stood out immediately: the ingredients were noticeably fresh, the crust had great structure, and the signature sauce had a rich, pleasant sweetness that tied the whole pie together. While they happened to be out of paper plates the evening we stopped in, the exceptional quality of the food made it a minor detail. A standout spot for authentic, hearty pizza in the area—highly recommended.

  Let me start by saying, this place is 10 stars for pizza!!! We travel over an hour for their pizza!!!But yesterday we had went there and had a different server, her name was Melissa C!!! She mad our experience this time less than stellar.. She really needs a personality, and maybe she should try enjoying her job!!! Not only did she get our pizza order wrong, she seemed as all we were was an annoyance to her day!!! You can do better with hiring!!! Again the pizza is always a 10.. especially when it’s right!!!
