  Great vibes! Dutch bros in general is very similar to other coffee drive-ups. Service was great, but coffee was inconsistent for our visit. My wife’s drink was significantly better than mine, even though we ordered the same thing. Service was so great, and the girl at the counter was so nice I bumped up my review accordingly assuming that my order was an anomaly. I also got my coffee for free for signing up for the app, so not gonna complain about that! Definitely expect a bit of a wait, especially as everyone is figuring out how good this is.

  The wait is ridiculous... The customer service was great but ... There is no coffee in the world that is worth wasting 20 minutes to get... Maybe I'm just not one of those people that holds that much value to a cup of coffee lol also the music selection they choose to blair in your ears is The worst selection ever. I'm assuming all age groups come through the line... Try to pick music that might be more accommodating to all genres. Keep in mind I'm in my '50s and not a prude to music at all... I am open to all kinds but the selection they chose to Blair in our ears was the worst.The breakfast sandwich was a joke see picture... Not impressed at all !!!

  I love Dutch Bros coffee and was so excited when they opened a location near our house. But the line takes forever! It was almost 40 min from entering the line to getting our coffee! And the drive thru has no exit so I couldn’t leave. It was terrible. I ordered a freeze and it was basically melted by the time we got up there. It was a Sunday afternoon. I was disappointed. Probably won’t be back especially during peak hours. I have no faith that it will be faster.

  The drinks are okay but you’ll be waiting in line forever. If there is one person taking orders be prepared to not be taken in order. I had two cars get taken before me which took 10 minutes for the two of them to order and then it was also shift change. All while I was waiting at the menu board. They also don’t always ask for the rewards when checking out.

  I pulled through the drive through and waited for my order to be taken, excited to find there was only a line of 4. I see the order takers taking everyone else's order while I wait patiently. When seeing its my turn, 2 order takers look at me and proceed to walk away. Other cars came behind me in line and those order takers proceeded to take their orders instead. My order was never taken and by the time I made it up to the window, I didnt think I could place my order anymore because i seen it was a pickup window, so I pulled off with no coffee. Disappointed as it was going to be my first time trying dutch bros.
