    little to no flavor in beverages, service is rushed and ingenious. its just THIS location because i used to love dutch bros, i prefer 7brew now over this.

    8/31 at 7:30pm i came here and it was the best experience i’ve ever had. the employees were so welcoming even tho it was raining outside they were there with a smile. i was having the worst day ever and came here instantly put me into a good mood. honestly if i was in charge i would give the workers a raise, or the entire company in general. 10/10 recommend and WILL!!!! be coming back

    Was given a drink that had a cracked cup so it got all over me, when i asked for it to be remade I was hit with an attitudinal "why does it need to be remade?!" Because i dont want to drink plastic or germs???? I come here frequently and dont think i will again after that.

    They have good coffee but the wait times are ridiculous. It's raining and theres no one to direct the cars, so now I've had 2 cars cut in front of me. It's been 15 minutes and I'm finally getting my coffee. I always get coffee before work from one of the local coffee shops but this one is now off my list. The people who work here are really nice though.

    Second time at this location, I will not go back. The line is ridiculously slow. We sat in line for over 30 minutes to order two drinks. When I got to the window, I said I’m sure you hear this all the time but that was over a 30 minute wait and I’ve got my daughter in the back of in her car seat screaming and there’s no way to leave the line once you’re in it. He proceeded to talk to me and tell me yes oh yeah it sucks. I’m sorry but didn’t even say OK yes, let me go grab your drinks I said are my drinks ready? He said let me go look they might be in the cooler. My drinks were sitting in the cooler. And he was gonna sit there and chat it up for another 5 to 10 minutes while my daughter is screaming. I will not be coming back to this location.
