  Staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable about their products and it honestly made the experience. The coffee was obviously fresh and delicious. This particular location donated some boxed coffee for a large group of firefighters training nearby. Their support of a 501C3 and the firefighters made for an awesome start to the training and does not go unnoticed. This is a must stop location for any coffee needs!

  Not the best experience & probably won't be back. I had a friend visiting from out of town & we decided to check Dutch Bros out. On a Saturday evening at 7:30 ~ we waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks and a couple of bakery items. Their "energy" drink tasted like a Red Bull, which is fine I guess, but you couldn't even taste the watermelon "flavor" I had asked for. My friend's drink was wrong & we received the wrong bakery items, too. After already waiting 40 minutes for our order, we decided to just leave, there was no way we were going to wait again to have the order corrected.

  Im not the type of person to make a review normally but today I had a great experience and felt the reviews werent matching the quality. I was a bit nervous to come on a Saturday as the reviews say the wait times are bad. I showed up got my order taken by a nice lady who put a smile on my face and was out of there by no time. The energy the employees give is amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future. Drink was spot on best coffee I have ever had. My wife tried their new mist drink because an employee said it was new and she said it was delicious!

  I went early in the morning today for the first time, and was not disappointed!! The young lady taking my order was the sweetest and her service was impeccable! I didn’t know what to get as she has recommended some drinks she loved and now I have a new favorite drink to order whenever I go! The line was quite intimidating but she helped me understand it thoroughly, definitely will be coming back for my girl gigi, as well as the delicious coffee and great conversations at the window! Seriously a 10/10!!

  I went around 6:45 am, before I needed to go to work, and even though the line was not super long, it took me *30 minutes* to get to the window. I even ordered my coffee ahead, hoping it would speed the process up a little, but by the time I got there it still hadn't been made, so I sat at the window for another few minutes waiting. the people working were very nice but damn. maybe make sure y'all, as a company, have enough staff at peak coffee-ordering times? I'd rather not have to debate the risk of being 45min late for work just for coffee, which sucks bc Dutch is one of my fave places to go.
