Writing this at 8:30 and only ONE car in this drive thru line has actually gotten their order, and the line is wrapped around the building. People walking inside are being served far before anyone in the drive thru. This is the second time in a month it’s been like this when I come. Why have a drive thru if you’re not going to service it? EDIT *it’s now 8:45, not a single car has moved yet customers are walking inside and out*

I hate when you walk up to a counter and the person walks away without a word. She goes to help a lady at the pop machine, goes to get ice, fills up the machine and then returns like “are these you’re.” No thanks for waiting on anything. I also felt like she was a little “color partial”. I will NEVER go back to this location!
- AAAshJul 26, 20261.0If I could give this place a zero, I would. I come in here all the time and I had the worst experience I've ever had today. The employee was rude as soon we walked in. She completely ignored us even though we were the only customers in line and then had an attitude when it came to making our bowls. She was half scooping everything and got mad when we asked for more. I know what the servings should look like because I come here so often. The manager came over when she heard me complain and was rude too. From the moment our bowl started to when I made it down to the register was horrendous. I ended up asking for the manager's name (supposedly it was Lolly and she claimed she couldn't give the name of the employee). Both of them need to work somewhere else if they want to be at their job treating people like that. Two customers came up to me and asked me if I was having problems with them too because their experience was just as bad. Try the Chipotle by Jewels. They actually have nice customer service and are clean.
