  Went inside to order. Waited over 30 minutes to get a refund because the food wasnt even processed in the system. You may ask, but why did you wait for 30 minutes before figuring this out. Well, good question. I waited because I was 6th in line for my food and it was taking over 30 minutes for each person. Mean while the drive through was moving along just fine. The only reason I was not overly upset is because the staff was apologetic and polite to their customers.

  Probably some of the worst service and slowest kitchen staff in existence. The place was dead and it still somehow took 15 minutes to make a burrito and two tacos. At least two of my three items were correct.

  The store at 1631 US 231. Needs to fire all of the night shift. And hire all new employees. If you stand at the counter no one will serve you. In fact it's like you are invisible. The guy with the pink hair. Is supposed to be the manager. And everybody waits 30 minutes plus to get their order. People are mad and walking out. Restaurants a mess. Dirty

  Waited for 50 minutes for a mobile order in line, went inside to talk to someone and stood there for another 20 before someone came to the counter. Just go to the north taco bell.

  Normally, I stick up for this restaurant because I know they have trouble with staffing but tonight I was doing a DoorDash order, waited forever, which is fine. There’s only two employees working. They were telling people through the drive-through that there was a 30 to 45 minute wait then all of a sudden one of the employees (the bald guy with a goatee) tells Josh” I’ll be back in in a little bit”. I’m assuming he’s going to take a break which I thought was odd seeing as how they’re so far behind or whatever , but no Josh informed another employee who was there off duty who came in to get drinks he told her that he sent that guy to go get alcohol for them for when they get off work !!!! Now you’re already behind on orders and you’re gonna apologize to customers for being behind but you’re gonna send your only help on an alcohol run during work time ??? Really !!! Oh and that guy never clocked out that’s some BS. I unassigned from the order and left! Truly absolutely horrible service and poor management!!
