  Second time in two weeks our pick up order has been completely screwed up/lost. Absolutely horrible service! Rolled up to the window right on time. Cant find your order please pull up.....20 minutes later go inside. 10 minutes later someone ask if they can help me! WOW! That's 30 minutes of my time Pizza Hut. So refund so sorry. Tack another 15 minutes of waiting while we remake your order. Now I am at 45 minutes out of MY Sunday night. Lobby is now full and cars wrapping around the building. This is the second time Crawfordsville Pizza Hut has done this to me. Think I'll be back?

  Good pizza, good service, all in a traditional Pizza Hut. Not one of those new sterile buildings.

  The salad bar was stocked full of all the delicious salads. Our pizza was served hot, right out of the oven. Our waitress was right on top of everything. Gave us refills right on time. We had a wonderful meal.

  04/01/2026 12:03 pm Visited the Pizza Hut restaurant today for lunch. My wife and I were the 7th and 8th in line. We waited there for roughly half an hour. Come to find out there was only (1) waitress working the lunch hour. Yes I said ONE! And it was very busy. This waitress was beyond busy and alone trying to service all the patrons why a manager would not assist her or appoint someone to assist her on the floor is beyond my comprehension. Unless, it was beneath his or her dignity to do so. Or management just doesn’t care about customer service or patron satisfaction or staff struggles. We finally ask the waitress in passing if we could seat ourselves and visit the salad bar. She replied yes and she would get to us as soon as she could as she rushed by with a full serving tray soft drinks for a table of (8). We seated our selves and visited the salad bar it was messy and there were no forks. We ate our salad without drinks or napkins. Roughly (30) minutes later she finally arrived at or table apologizing for the poor service. And once again telling us she was the only waitress working. She took our drink and food order. I felt very sorry for the lady, because I think she really wanted to provide prompt and polite customer service but couldn’t because she was alone with lunch hour crowd. After another (30) or so our food and drinks arrived. Drinks were cold and the food was warm at best. And no plates or silverware were provided period. Message to the management: When the restaurant is crowded at any given moment and there is only one waitress or less than adequate wait staff servicing the floor and no one else can be appointed to assist her or them. Climb down from your high horse, roll up your shirt sleeves, put on a smile and provide some customer service! Neglect and apathy is unacceptable and should not be tolerated at any level in any management structure. To summarize waiting an hour+ for a pizza in a small rural Indiana town is unacceptable management/leadership needs to visit, review, evaluate and revise their employee scheduling and customer satisfaction goals. On this day the apparent lack of leadership or management interest was highly visible and disappointing. Sincerely,
