- KHKyler HeslerMay 13, 20261.0I ordered food for my girlfriend. Forgot the drink to the order. I got 7 wings out of 10. And I tipped $2 for them beforehand to make sure they got it right. She stood in line and waited ten minutes when it had already been in the warmer but had to wait for someone at the counter to hand it to her.

Manager who looked like a thug with his hat on backwards wanted to argue with me when I ask where my food was after waiting almost an hour. He yelled it’s only been 43 minutes which is apparently an acceptable standard for this restaurant. My party and I paid for our beers and left to go to another restaurant. No apologies from the management so apparently they don’t care to fix service issues. Will never be back!

She tried so hard to make it right, but when she asked managers to come talk to us…. The managers refused. Gave us a 25% discount to apparently… fix it? The poor waitress was crying she was so upset. Management is a joke. Hope they get fired. I’ll be escalating this as much as I possibly can.
