  I had to wait over 20 minutes from the time I ordered my food til I finally got it. I ordered a half and half party pack. NEVER ONCE DID I SAY I WANTED SUPREME. FOR THE SIMPLE FACT SOUR CREAM MAKE ME ILL. I didn't realize til I got home in the pouring rain that I was given the wrong food. I spent almost 44.00 on food my family couldn't eat. When I called up to the Corydon Indiana Taco Bell the manager I spoke with was very polite and apologetic, but when he spoke with his GM the only thing offered by the GM was to refund 7.50 if I drove the 20 minutes back up there in the rain. The manager was very nice and the young man that handed out my food was also, but the young lady that put my order in WRONG and the GM that won't stand behind his employees mistakes are the reason I'LL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. I have worked in and have also been in management positions in customer service for over 30 years. If you can't own up to yours and the employees under your management's mistakes then you don't don't need of deserve your position. Sincerely, A beyond irritated customer.

  The crew working up there tonight was amazing, this could quite possibly be the best taco bell in the country. The food was EXACTLY as advertised here, something I have never experienced at any fast food restaurant in my life. The person who prepared my food here tonight deserves a raise. My only complaint is that they all laughed at me as I was experiencing the worst brain freeze I have ever experienced at the drive through window.

  Went inside thinking that I could order directly to a employee but, I was told by an employee standing behind the counter at the register that I had to use the kiosk and I am like really so , you can’t take my order and he said no use the kiosk and I said no thank you and then preceded to the drive thru window.

  What a surprising and incredible experience! Whoever cooked my food around 10:15 pm on March 5th 2026, wow! Just wow! It was cooked so well it was some of the best prepared "American Mexican food" ever. I had a steak grilled cheese burrito which I've had several times and several taco bells, this was cooked so perfectly and tasted nothing like what I was used to. Tasted better than I imaged was possible. Everyone who are said it was by far the best Taco Bell food ever. Taco Bell corporate needs to find out who cooked our food and pay them a ton of money to go around training every cook in the country, I swear your sales would skyrocket. I wish I knew who it was, but I'm traveling for work and can't go find out or you'd see their picture posted on this review. Great job, what an amazing surprise for a quick stop after a late night of work on the road. Thank you mystery Taco Bell employee.
