  Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Even ordered my food on the app so it should have been known by the time I go to the drive-thru speaker what was needed. I got to the window and was told to pull around and wait because they didnt have scrambled eggs cooked. Waited almost 10 minutes. Eggs went scrambled and the egg patty was burnt on the bottom. The hash brown was overcooked. And their people don't seem to understand that people like salt and pepper. That a pack of jelly doesn't go on eggs. Also food was cold. I do not recommend 😐

  They close down the line early on ppl that order way before breakfast time. Y'all ain't slick. I've worked fast food multiple times and that's not how this works. Playing with ppls money ain't a game. New management and crew members are 1000% needed. If you're so lazy that you can't plop an artificial patty on the grill, then idk what to tell you 🤷🏻

  This was my first time using a drive through by myself and I had a TERRIBLE experience. I just wanted the K-pop demons hunters happy meal because I love the movie but that unfortunately was not what happened. I pull up and ask for the happy meal and I wanted 10 chicken nuggets. I wasn’t aware I was limited on how many I could get. The lady on taking my order (Anita) had an awfully rude attitude with me. She said “that is NOT a happy meal that is an adult meal. Medium or large?” I didn’t know what she meant so I said “large I guess” and then she proceeded to ask me what I wanted to drink and I told her I didn’t need a drink and she said “ you HAVE to get a drink this is a meal order a drink” so I ordered a coke but she was practically yelling at me. I didn’t get to have the happy meal I was so excited for plus I was given my order and what I think was someone else’s order with it. I have never felt more stupid and disrespected at a place I adore and love to eat at. I know I should know better about how the ordering works but this was my first time in a drive through and I felt pressured a nervous. After speaking to former employees it sounds like Anita has been repeatedly rude to customers and even other employees. I won’t be returning any time soon if I have to deal with her again. It’s not hard to be patient and kind or even have proper manners when it comes to speaking with people. I got no smile, a rude attitude, and no thank you after I paid. I’m so disappointed.

  Was shorted multiple items in an order have tried calling multiple times to the store with no answer(plus voicemail box is full).Just want the items I paid for.
